Our GALE SPEED development team succeeded to achieve a "Ultimate brake disc" that was injected our huge techniques and knowledge accumulated through GALE SPEED wheel and mastercylinder development.GALE SPEED brake discs are designed to fit exactly on each motorcycle model.

GALE SPEED brake discs are designed to fit exactly on each motorcycle model to achieve the best "well-balanced"brake disc between the performance and the weight saving for each motorcycle model.

CROSS LOCK DISC ROTOR(FRONT)
Also,we choose 5.5mm thickness for sportbikes, and 5.0mm thickness for naked bikes,to achieve the best "well-balanced" brake disc between the performance and the weight saving for each motorcycle model.

"Flat-insert" fix
Outer disc and inner disc are fixed in vertical direction, to reduce the backlash in rotation direction and absorb the heat expansion.

"Dual-bite" clip
GALESPEED original "Dual-bite" clip reduces the backlash in axial direction.

Light weight inner disc
Fully CNC machined forged aluminum made inner disc lightened to the maximum,yet still high stiffness.

Ventilation hole
Ventilation holes are drilled with the suitable diameter and in the suitable places, to achieve the best heat ventilation.

MONO FLOATING DISC ROTOR (REAR)
Based on floating rear brake disc which is oftenly seen in race scenes, we have developed our original rear brake disc without an inner disc. We adopted the floating pin for fixing on the rear wheel, and achieved great heat ventilation.
