Carbon Fiber Composite needs higher skill and experience, because the choice from thousands of carbon prepreg　(how close of the weave, type of prepreg) and the way of layering decide the load capacity, the stress transmission　and other factors.
With the strength and stiffness analysis which Gale Speed development team has done by CAD program, Dome Carbon Magic ltd. builds the wheel by choosing the best prepreg on each part and even changing the layer and the weave of the prepreg.
Also to keep the appropriate strength on each part, we changed the direction of the weave.
