The manufacturing process of dry carbon products, moulded with vacuums and high temperatures using sophisticated special technology, is completely different from that of traditional wet carbon products. Through this special manufacturing method, dry carbon products with overwhelming lightness and high rigidity are receiving endorsements across the board in various top fields such as aerospace engineering, Formula 1 and Moto GP.
Nexray has two colour settings.
In order to reproduce the feel of a racing machine, we developed a proprietary protective coating called semigloss coating. With a special film of clear coating, it is the finishing touch leveraging the feel of dry carbon. Different from the usual clear coatings, it is a protective coating with depth that draws out the high quality feeling of the twilled pattern of the carbon prepreg used as Nexray material.
